The King Open School, which opened in 2019 is located in the heart of Cambridge. The school is an inclusive learning community that supports academic achievement and equity through culturally-responsive learning experiences

The King Open School has been nationally recognized for both its innovative design and commitment to sustainability. This includes receiving the Urban Land Institute's Americas Award for Excellence and the Harleston Parker Medal.

The 2025 Greater Boston AAPI Tournament and Community Engagement event will utilize the outdoor courtyard, open space cafeteria and gymnasium shown below
